You'll work out of the company office in Minot as your primary base, with field offices in Keene and Tioga, and other company locations as needed. You'll conduct required field office visits weekly, year-round, driving in all weather and road conditions associated with North Dakota using company vehicles. You'll support a range of devices including PCs, laptops, desktops, iOS and Android mobile devices, printers, LAN equipment, and AV equipment. You'll manage workplace devices including laptops, desktops, and iOS devices — handling optimization and configuration for each. You'll perform hardware maintenance, software support, and Installs, Moves, Adds & Changes (IMACs). You'll troubleshoot printers, drive mappings, permissions, and other end-user computing environment issues. You'll provide onsite desktop services in English for supported desktops, software, and devices at company-designated locations. You'll perform desktop services in a manner that minimizes interruptions to daily operations. You'll proactively maintain supported desktops, software, and devices to reduce downtime. You'll support company hardware and software maintenance across all designated locations. You'll use LogMeIn as the primary remote-control tool, with company remote control software as a backup method only. You'll manage single-user incidents, VIP tickets, and P2, P3, and P4 priority tickets, along with service requests — but will not manage P1 tickets. You'll support iOS and Android mobile devices, including mobile device management where applicable. You'll support enterprise software that is part of the company's standard workplace image for desktops and laptops. You'll coordinate printer queue management and break/fix support where applicable. You'll support Apple Mac OS for remote connectivity applications such as Citrix where applicable. You'll provide meeting support and assist users with AV hardware at the Minot location (3015 16th St SW #20, Minot, ND 58703). You'll set up and install AV equipment including projectors, TVs, speakers, microphones, and cameras. You'll maintain the functionality of AV technology and replace non-working, damaged, or obsolete equipment. You'll perform minor equipment repairs and replace user-serviceable parts on AV equipment. You'll adapt to location changes from time to time as modified by the company in accordance with applicable Change Control Procedures.
