Yakima Neighborhood Health Services (YNHS) is seeking an Information Technology Technician passionate about serving internal team members with great IT customer service. This role involves handling support calls, responding to helpdesk tickets, installing and configuring hardware and software, troubleshooting issues, managing user security and access, and handling system alerts. Support calls can range from application support to phone programming to security administration. Special projects may also be assigned.
