About The Position

Liberty Healthcare Corporation seeks to hire an experienced healthcare information technology professional for an available full-time System Support Manager role. This role involves managing technology support services for approximately 1,000 geographically dispersed end users, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and customer satisfaction with IT support services. The manager will oversee and develop a team of desktop support analysts and IT specialists, ensuring the timely deployment of technology to new and existing staff. Key responsibilities include proactively identifying technology-related risks, developing and managing mitigation plans, and effectively managing the flow of requests for support and service. The role also requires partnering with organizational leadership and end users to identify opportunities for system improvements, assessing issue severity, prioritizing responses, and analyzing patterns to identify root causes and improvement opportunities. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for developing policies, procedures, and support documentation, conducting training sessions, and continually evaluating processes for increased value, efficiency, and cost savings. Preparing standard and ad hoc reports is also a part of the role.

Requirements

  • At least eight years of experience designing, deploying, and supporting information systems solutions consistent with the abovementioned responsibilities for organizations with 750+ end users
  • U.S. residents who are legally authorized to work in the United States without need for current or future employer sponsorship

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (significant work experience will be considered as a substitute)

Responsibilities
