About The Position

The Information Technology Specialist is responsible for directly supporting the successful operations of all NAC programs IT applications and Assets. This includes troubleshooting and IT support for learning tools, computing assets, and applications. The Information Technology Specialist provides both business and systems analysis, as well as project operations support for (primarily Software-as-a-Service) information systems. The role will analyze complex information systems and key business processes that span the college, specifically within the areas that impact successful operations of IT networking, Infrastructure, applications and telephony for students, staff, and faculty.
