You will be a key driver of day-to-day IT operations and system reliability, work directly with leadership, vendors, and business teams, help strengthen security, compliance, and operational excellence, play a meaningful role in advancing IT capabilities across the organization, and gain exposure to a wide range of technologies and systems. Requirements

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows environments, hardware, and applications
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory (or Entra ID)
  • Understanding of basic IT security practices and compliance awareness
  • Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks, and follow through to resolution
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Someone who takes initiative, ownership, and pride in their work

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for staff across the organization
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues with urgency and professionalism
  • Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, printers, and other devices
  • Support branch systems, remote access, and telecommunications platforms
  • Manage technology inventory, deployments, and lifecycle tracking
  • Administer Microsoft 365 and cloud-based systems (user accounts, access, licensing)
  • Manage Active Directory / Entra ID, including provisioning and access control
  • Support security practices such as MFA, password policies, and endpoint protection
  • Perform system updates, patching, and basic vulnerability remediation
  • Assist with audits, access reviews, and compliance-related activities
  • Serve as a technical liaison with key technology vendors
  • Coordinate issue escalations and track resolution progress
  • Communicate system updates, outages, and maintenance to staff
  • Assist with testing and validation of system updates and enhancements
  • Manage and track service tickets with a focus on responsiveness and quality
  • Communicate clearly with users on issue status and resolution
  • Participate in root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline work, and increase efficiency
  • Document systems, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
  • Partner with IT leadership and business units on improvements
  • Stay current with evolving technologies and recommend practical enhancements
