About The Position

The IT Specialist manages daily technical operations, maintains network infrastructure, and resolves user hardware and software issues. This role requires technical expertise in Windows environments, virtualization tools, and legacy database connections.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and VMware environments
Practical experience managing Windows 11, Windows Server 2016-2025 and AS400 connectivity
Strong troubleshooting skills for office printers, workstations, and peripherals

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology is a plus

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and upgrade Windows Server 2016-2025 systems.
Deploy, monitor, and optimize virtual machines using VMware.
Configure and troubleshoot client terminal connections to AS400.
Resolve issues with MS Office products, printers, and hardware.
Monitor daily server backups, system logs, and security protocols.
Process and resolve IT help desk tickets in a professional and timely manner while maintaining accurate documentation, ticket records, and system logs to ensure effective issue tracking and service delivery.
