About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking an Information Technology Services Consultant for an active RFP opportunity. This RFP covers managed IT, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, network support, backups, and strategic technology planning for municipal locations for the Town of Cathlamet. The role involves supporting broad information technology services including infrastructure review, systems support, cybersecurity coordination, IT operations, documentation, and service delivery planning. The consultant will be responsible for reviewing the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadline, and client requirements. They will coordinate with FuntoNetwork and other consultants to ensure a complete and professional response, prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Support for quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness is also required.

Requirements

• Relevant experience for this RFP-based role.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work against proposal deadlines and client requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured submission requirements.
