About The Position

This role requires an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph security clearance and U.S. citizenship. The Information Technology Senior Consultant will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading networks, including routers and switches. This includes updating and configuring virus protection software and other programs to ensure network security, applying Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) fixes to switches, and adhering to Software Test and Evaluation (STE) policies. The position involves designing and planning networks for Cisco NEXUS switches, setting up and maintaining Cisco networks, and configuring Remote Authentication Dial-In User Service (RADIUS) for device administration on switches.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph security clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
  • Strong background in Cisco FirePower Firewalls
  • Proficiency in network monitoring and management tools (Solarwinds)
  • Familiarity with JIRA ticketing system, Enclave environments, Solarwinds and using LatteART and XACTA

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree with fifteen (15) years of relevant experience or bachelor’s degree with twelve (12) years of relevant experience.
  • High school diploma with twenty (20) years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and upgrade networks, including routers and switches.
