About The Position

Driving Technology Across a Growing Dealership Group. Are you the kind of IT professional who doesn’t just fix problems—but builds smarter systems to prevent them? We’re looking for an IT Manager to lead and support all technology across our multi-location dealership group. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day IT operations, guide a small team, and help shape the future of how we use technology to grow.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of IT experience, with some leadership or team coordination experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of networks, cybersecurity, and cloud-based systems
  • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows servers
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and business systems (DMS/CRM experience is a bonus)
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills—you can lead a team and translate tech for non-technical users

  • DMS/CRM experience is a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a small IT team, providing direction, coaching, and prioritization of daily work
  • Oversee help desk activity and ensure timely, effective resolution of issues across locations
  • Keep our business running by ensuring all systems, networks, and tools are reliable and secure
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated IT issues when needed
  • Manage infrastructure including servers, networks, Wi-Fi, and communication systems
  • Oversee cybersecurity, backups, and disaster recovery planning
  • Partner with vendors and software providers to keep us current and efficient
  • Lead IT projects like system upgrades, new location setups, and integrations
  • Train and support team members so technology actually works for them—not against them
