Requirements

1-3 years' experience in an IT Help Desk role or a similar capacity.
Minimum 3-days per week in-office
Meticulous attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting acumen.
Experience in SaaS application administration.
Proficiency in assisting users through ticketing systems.
Capable of supporting a variety of hardware and operating systems.

Nice To Haves

Previous work in a startup or fast-paced environment is an asset.
Experience with videoconferencing support.
Knowledge in asset management and tracking.
Familiarity with MacOS support.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive SaaS application administration and support.
Resolve user issues efficiently using ticketing tools and providing outstanding hardware and operating system support.
