About The Position

FCCI Insurance Group is seeking Summer 2027 interns for its Information Technology department. Interns will learn about the insurance business through exposure to departments across the organization and develop skills by assisting professionals with day-to-day assignments. Potential areas include Quality Assurance (QA), Project Management Office (PMO), Systems Development (BRM), F&A Data & Reporting, Service/Help Desk, IT Architecture, and Identity & Access Management. The internship is onsite at FCCI’s corporate office in Sarasota, Florida. The program also offers networking, mentoring, real-life work activities, and community service.

Requirements

• Preferably a current undergraduate student who has completed junior year or a graduate student.
• Customer-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize proficiently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with others.
• Willingness to complete professional designations and continued insurance education.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability.
• Proficient use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0; additional requirements may apply.
