About The Position

ESN is seeking an Information Technology Generalist III to provide advanced technical support for Navy information systems, networks, and communication infrastructure. This is an on-site role at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, DC. The position serves as a resource for troubleshooting complex issues and implementing system upgrades, while supporting network infrastructure and server environments.

Requirements

• At least 4–10 years of progressive experience in IT support.
• Advanced knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Strong networking skills.
• Experience with server administration.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified Professional.

Responsibilities
