The Director will strengthen day-to-day service delivery while building the operating discipline, roadmaps, ownership models, and capabilities required to support Minitab’s continued growth, global workforce, acquisitions, AI adoption, and enterprise-system (ERP) modernization. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable developing strategy with senior leaders, building strong teams, and getting close enough to the work to understand where processes, systems, and services need to improve.
