About The Position

The Associate - Information Technology Development Program is a 24-month rotational program designed to prepare participants for a technology-based role upon completion. Participants will gain industry knowledge and engage with senior leaders. Each rotation involves working under the supervision of an IT leader and being paired with a peer mentor. The program is based in either the Pittsburgh, PA HQ or Glenview, IL corporate office. Participants will be involved in project-based initiatives and operations assignments with potential rotations in areas such as Enterprise Agile Deployment, Enterprise Architecture and Technology Improvement, Finance Supply and Demand Planning, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, Omnichannel Customer Relationship Management, Pricing, Quoting, and Order Management, Digital Products and Platforms, Cybersecurity, and DevSecOps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related field (e.g., Information Technology, Information).
  • Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA.
  • Superior technical skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and passion for achieving results.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively using Microsoft Teams with a geographically spread team.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Ability to travel 0% – 25%.
