About The Position

The Associate - Supply Chain Leadership Development Program is a 24-month rotational program designed to prepare participants for a Supply Chain role within Wesco. Participants will work directly under the supervision of a Supply Chain leader and receive a peer mentor. Upon completion, participants will be placed in a full-time Supply Chain position. The program includes four six-month rotations through core Supply Chain functions: DC/Branch Operations, Category Management, Inventory, and Supply Chain Electives such as Transportation, Advanced Operations & LEAN, Advanced Analytics, and Sustainability & Supplier Diversity.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a business-related field.
Graduated within the past 12 months.
Strong technical and analytical skills.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Result-oriented team player mindset.
High level of attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Authorization to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Prior internship in a business-related field.
Experience working for an industrial distributor, contractor, or Supplier.

Responsibilities

Complete four, six-month rotations through core Supply Chain functions: DC/Branch Operations, Category Management, Inventory, and Supply Chain Electives.
Work directly under the supervision of a Supply Chain leader.
Receive guidance from a peer mentor.
Prepare for placement in a full-time Supply Chain position upon program completion.
Participate in program orientation, mid-year events, and graduation ceremonies.
Make final program presentations at graduation.
Travel as required for the role (0-25%).
