Temporary Employee (Information Security Intern)
About The Position
This is a temporary internship position focused on Information Security. The intern will assist with various tasks across Operations, Engineering, and Risk Management. Key objectives include cleaning up the Access Control Review (ACR) process, identifying automation opportunities in Active Directory, assisting with daily compliance reviews, supporting automation for CIS testing, and performing data entry for the BC in the Cloud Project. The expected outcomes include completing recent Audit Findings, identifying AD automation for ACR, configuring the Access Auditor application, completing automated CIS testing, and documenting Line of Business (LOB) information in the BC in the cloud tool. Monthly status reports will be provided to the InfoSec management team.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (implied by internship role).
- Basic understanding of Information Security principles.
- Familiarity with Active Directory is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and perform data entry tasks.
- Ability to assist with testing and automation efforts.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Access Control Review processes.
- Knowledge of CIS testing.
- Familiarity with BC in the Cloud tools.
- Experience with Access Auditor application.
