About The Position

Peraton is seeking an Information Management Data and C2 Systems Integrator to work on-site at Camp Smith, Hawaii. The role supports MARFORPAC information and knowledge management (IKM) efforts by designing and implementing AI-enabled solutions for command and control (C2), data analytics, and information sharing. It focuses on technical implementation, architecture analysis, and integration of capabilities across the command’s information management environment, including technical-resource evaluation, system migrations, and requirements documentation. This hands-on role builds and sustains data integrations, automation workflows, dashboards, and AI-enabled staff products. The integrator uses code, queries, APIs, data-preparation tools, and approved AI capabilities, and must be able to learn mission systems such as Palantir Maven Smart System. The position uses agentic AI responsibly to improve analysis, automation, documentation, and staff-product development, with validation, human oversight, security, auditability, and mission suitability in view. It is not a pure infrastructure, cybersecurity, records-management, or SharePoint-administration role; candidates must work directly with data and technical solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum experience: 12 years with a bachelor's degree; 10 years with a master's degree; or 7 years with a Ph.D. Associate degree plus 14 years of experience or high school diploma plus 16 years of experience will also be considered.
  • Understanding of artificial intelligence tools and capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience using Python and SQL to extract, transform, validate, analyze, or automate data-driven workflows.
  • Experience working with structured and semi-structured data, including CSV, Excel, JSON, APIs, relational databases, or system exports.
  • Experience developing or maintaining automated workflows, scripts, data pipelines, dashboards, or technical integrations.
  • Ability to read, modify, and troubleshoot code or configuration used in operational data products and system integrations.
  • Working knowledge of one additional development or web technology, such as Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, PowerShell, C#, or MCP Servers/APIs.
  • Ability to rapidly learn and apply new mission systems and platforms, including Palantir Maven Smart System, SharePoint/Power Platforms, Azure AI/Copilot, Power BI, and other approved tools.
  • Knowledge of DoD and USMC culture and procedures, and military culture and procedures.
  • Ability to manage and brief senior leaders.
  • Technical expertise in information systems, AI/ML integration, and C2 systems, such as SharePoint, C2IE, CAS, and GCCS.
  • Proficiency in conducting system evaluations and translating business and mission needs into technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with USMC and DoD compliance, security standards, and information-management system documentation practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical-writing skills.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain SCI.
  • U.S. citizenship required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Power BI, Palantir Maven Smart System, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, OneBrief, C2IE, GCCS, CAS, or comparable C2, information-management, or data platforms.
  • Experience with APIs, JSON, data models, data dictionaries, data cataloging, and role-based access controls.
  • Experience using Git or another version-control system.
  • Experience evaluating AI-generated outputs for accuracy, reliability, security, and mission suitability.
  • Experience in a DoD, Joint, USMC, C2, operational-planning, or intelligence-support environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain data pipelines, scripts, queries, APIs, and automated workflows supporting C2, information management, and command decision-making.
  • Extract, clean, validate, integrate, and visualize data from approved operational, planning, and enterprise systems.
  • Develop and sustain dashboards and decision-support products using tools such as Palantir Maven Smart System, Power BI, SharePoint, and approved Microsoft 365 capabilities.
  • Use generative and agentic AI workflows, where appropriate, to assist with data preparation, code development, documentation, analysis, and product development; validate outputs, maintain human oversight, and ensure appropriate security, auditability, and mission use.
  • Evaluate the reliability, limitations, and operational usefulness of AI-enabled outputs before incorporating them into staff processes or decision-support products.
  • Integrate approved AI-enabled and agentic AI workflows into staff processes to improve analysis, product development, information sharing, and workflow automation.
  • Translate operational requirements and Information Exchange Requirements into technical specifications, data definitions, interface requirements, and test criteria.
  • Assess proposed changes to the IM/C2 environment and document architecture, dependencies, risks, security considerations, and sustainment requirements.
  • Support SharePoint and Microsoft 365 information architecture, including metadata, permissions, migration planning, data access, and automated workflows.
  • Work with operational staff, engineers, cybersecurity personnel, and system administrators to test, field, document, and sustain technical solutions.
  • Brief technical options, risks, limitations, and recommendations to technical and senior-leader audiences.
