About The Position

Join JLL's Experience Services team as an Information Coordinator, where you'll be the welcoming face of our client's workplace at Oracle in Redwood Shores, California. In this client-facing role, you'll create exceptional first impressions and lasting experiences for all visitors, guests, and employees. You'll serve as a central point of contact, combining your passion for hospitality with your excellent people skills to deliver a workplace environment that exceeds expectations. Requirements

  • Proven customer service experience in a front-facing or hospitality role
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Computer savvy with proficiency in common office software and systems
  • Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Responsive and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in corporate reception or workplace services
  • Familiarity with work order management systems

Responsibilities

  • Enthusiastically welcome and assist guests, anticipating their needs during arrivals, departures, and office orientations
  • Engage visitors, employees, and callers in a warm, helpful, and timely manner that reflects exceptional customer service
  • Act as a central information hub, providing wayfinding assistance and details about campus services and activities
  • Actively monitor and maintain the front desk, lobby, and surrounding areas to ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment
  • Collaborate with client teams and support staff to proactively anticipate needs and deliver creative solutions
  • Create and manage work orders for custodial, maintenance, safety, and security concerns through appropriate systems
  • Coordinate with facilities management and cross-functional teams to prepare for meetings and events.
