Tygart is seeking an Informatica Administrator to support a federal agency in Washington, DC. This role requires expertise to patch and upgrade the agency’s Informatica servers and maintain, modify and create new mappings. A Public Trust clearance will be required. This is a remote position; however, travel to Washington, DC will be required. Part-time opportunities are also available. Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Serve as the agency Point of Contact (POC) for all matters involving the informatica platform Administer and maintain Informatica PowerCenter environments, ensuring optimal performance and availability Monitor ETL processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to enhance data processing efficiency Collaborate with business stakeholders and developers to design and implement data integration solutions Manage user access and security settings within Informatica, ensuring compliance with agency policies Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure high availability and reliability of ETL processes Provide technical support and training to team members on Informatica best practices and functionalities Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference Stay updated with the latest Informatica features and industry trends to recommend improvements
