Influencer Talent Internship
About The Position
Grail Talent is an influencer management agency that connects a curated roster of content creators with digital marketing opportunities. It works with brands and record labels to promote products and music through social media influencer promotion and performance marketing, including campaigns on TikTok and Instagram that are measured with detailed analytics. The intern supports a Talent Manager with the day-to-day operations of managing TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube creators. The role provides firsthand experience in influencer management, talent growth strategies, and brand partnerships. It is remote in the US, part-time, and lasts 3–12 months, with a minimum commitment of two months.
Requirements
- Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and creator culture.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Comfort with remote work.
- Eagerness to learn how creators build and monetize their platforms.

Responsibilities
- Assist with daily communication between talent and brand partners.
- Coordinate and track campaign deliverables and timelines.
