About The Position

M+C Saatchi Performance is looking for an Influencer Marketing Intern to join their influencer team and support the Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager. The Influencer team is responsible for identifying, managing, and activating creators to deliver performance-driven campaigns across platforms such as TikTok and Meta. This includes influencer discovery, campaign execution, content coordination, and performance tracking. This is an entry-level position and an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build hands-on experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and performance-driven social content. You’ll be working across a variety of the agency’s clients and gained exposure to how influencer campaigns are planned, executed, and evaluated within a performance marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be curious, organized, and deeply interested in social media, creators, pop culture, with a desire to understand how influence drives consumer behavior.

Requirements

  • Graduate with a degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint & Excel) and Google Suite
  • Active social media user with an understanding of platform trends and audience behaviors
  • Self-starter who can work independently with problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet frequent deadlines
  • Strong presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • A team player with a collaborative and positive attitude
  • A desire to work in fast-paced, quickly changing, technology-driven industry
  • An appetite to learn about digital media channels

Responsibilities

  • Working collaboratively with the Influencer, Social, and Account teams to support the delivery of creator campaigns
  • Supporting the Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager with day-to-day campaign execution needs
  • Assisting with influencer discovery and research across platforms, including identifying emerging creators and relevant partners
  • Helping to manage influencer outreach lists, track communications, and maintain organized documentation
  • Assisting with campaign reporting by gathering metrics and organizing results
  • Helping ensure influencer content is delivered according to creative briefs and platform requirements
  • Support the coordination of paid media launch Areas
