About The Position

FP Movement is seeking an Influencer and Content Coordinator to support the daily execution of their creator marketing program. This role will oversee the entire creator process, from initial outreach and contracting to content approval and performance tracking. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and adept at managing multiple priorities while collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth program operation. This is a temporary position based in Los Angeles, CA.

Requirements

3+ years in influencer, talent, or content-driven roles
Experience with Canva, Adobe, and other creative platforms
Strong communication skills and proficiency with email platforms
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable interacting with a wide range of people and building authentic relationships
Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
A genuine interest in movement, wellness, culture, and building community

Nice To Haves

Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for community events

Responsibilities

Support talent casting, creative ideation, briefing, and execution for always-on programs, campaign launches, and brand partnerships.
Manage creator relationships, including negotiating rates and deliverables, redlining contracts, and tracking fees.
Review and approve creator content, distribute content to relevant cross-functional teams, and collaborate with paid social on performance and optimization.
Maintain creator content trackers, budget trackers, and performance recaps for quarterly reporting and leadership presentations.
