About The Position

Join one of the top cancer centers in the nation! Our rapidly expanding, nationally recognized cancer institute seeks a full-time Infectious Disease Physician, at the Assistant or Associate Professor level, to provide clinical services at our Duarte campus and tele-ID consultative services to our other national sites in Chicago, Phoenix and Atlanta. Requirements

M.D. or D.O. from an accredited educational institution.
Possession of, or eligibility for, unrestricted medical license in the State of California.
ABIM board certification in Infectious Diseases.
Strong communication skills.
Experience in transplant infectious disease - program that is heavily focused toward immunocompromised host infections (hematologic malignancy/ HCT).

Nice To Haves

1-2 years working within hematologic malignancies preferred but not required.
Graduating Fellows with significant exposure to transplant infectious disease during training strongly encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

Provide clinical services at the Duarte campus.
Provide tele-ID consultative services to national sites in Chicago, Phoenix and Atlanta.
Clinical time is divided between inpatient, outpatient services and tele-ID service.
Opportunities for clinical and translational research.
