Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years’ experience in a related health field required
  • Strong understanding of 340B program regulations required
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using 340B software and management platforms.
  • 340B Apexus Certified Expert (ACE) Certification or completion of Apexus 340B University obtained within twelve (12) months of hire required.
  • Ability to navigate EMR systems in acute care and ambulatory care settings, as well as pharmacy management software.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures compliance with 340B regulations, monitors 340B transactions, and identifies cost-saving opportunities.
  • Conducts audits and providing advanced analysis to support decision-making and optimize program performance.
  • Serves as primary internal and external program coordinator and liaison all 340B related matters.
  • Ensures appropriate utilization of the 340B program and compliance with all program requirements.
  • Provides expertise with the 340B program to staff and participants.
  • Develops and maintains internal and external relationships.
  • Serves as the compliance expert on 340B.
  • Actively engages leadership in decision making related to the implementation of new 340B processes.
