Outpatient Infectious Disease Physician - $250k - No Weekends
About The Position
The group is seeking an Infectious Disease Physician for its outpatient clinic in the Wellington area of West Palm Beach, Florida. The group specializes in diagnosing and treating infectious diseases and provides inpatient and outpatient consultation services to specialties including Hospitalist, Surgery, Podiatry, and Obstetrics and Gynecology. It also provides travel immunizations and infusion services. This is described as a long-term career opportunity. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with 23 or more patients daily and no weekend call. Compensation is $250,000 annually, with an opportunity to moonlight for additional pay. The role includes a full benefits package, retirement, malpractice coverage, three weeks of paid vacation, and $1,500 in CME assistance.
Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible in Infectious Disease.
- Current Florida medical license, or willingness to obtain one.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat infectious diseases in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Provide inpatient and outpatient infectious disease consultations to other specialties.
- Provide travel immunizations and infusion services.
