About The Position

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a friendly and compassionate Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive care to patients with infectious diseases in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. The role involves working alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to deliver compassionate, personalized care to residents.

This is a part-time position in Cleveland, Texas, with a stated annual salary range of $30,000–$90,000. The job description also notes that the position’s duties may change as business needs evolve.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility.
• An active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license.
• DEA license.
• CPR and BCLS/BLS certification.
• Master’s degree in Nursing.
• Completion of a degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• One year of experience in Infectious Disease.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to meet the physical demands described, including prolonged standing and walking, carrying medical or diagnostic equipment, bending and stooping, navigating facilities, and lifting or moving patients.

Nice To Haves

• Experience documenting in an EMR such as Sigma, Visual, or PCC; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical examinations.
