As the Infection Preventionist and Staff Development Nurse (RN), you will oversee the planning, organization, development, direction, and evaluation of the infection prevention and control program throughout the Community in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations. This includes ensuring that current standards of practice related to infection prevention and control are incorporated in resident care and employee actions and identifying Community training needs based on infection surveillance and process/outcome measurement, developing training plans and materials, as well as evaluating efficacy of training provided. As Staff Development Coordinator (RN), you will also plan, organize, develop, direct, and evaluate all educational programs throughout the community in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations. The Coordinator will identify training needs, develop training plans and materials, and evaluate efficacy of training provided.
