Full-Time Infant Twins Nanny Job in Sunnyvale, CA | Daytime Childcare Position
About The Position
A warm, hardworking family of 4 in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a full-time nanny to support their twin baby boys. The family values a calm home, good communication, and time outdoors. They primarily speak Italian at home and would like the nanny to speak English to the boys to expose them to both languages. Mom will be transitioning back to working outside the home, and Dad works from a home office. The family is looking for someone to become a long-term, trusted part of their family. The twin boys, currently 3 months old, have distinct personalities: one is social and fights naps, while the other is introverted and sleeps well. They respond best to a gentle and balanced presence.
Requirements
- 10 years of nanny and/or daycare experience caring for infants and toddlers.
- Direct twin experience or experience caring for babies or siblings close in age.
- Pediatric CPR certification is required or must be obtained.
- Fluency in English.
- Calm, serene, capable, and confident caring for two infants at once.
- Comfortable multitasking, thinking quickly, and adapting to changing baby needs and schedules.
- Enjoy reading to babies, getting outside for walks, and creating a peaceful, screen-free environment.
- Clear communication skills.
- Respect for each child's individual personality.
- Comfortable following the parents' approach and sharing helpful tips and tricks.

- Availability to care for the babies when they are mildly ill.
Responsibilities
- Attentive care for both infants, including feedings, diapering, naps, tummy time, playtime, and reading.
- Taking the twins for a daily walk when weather permits.
- Helping the twins stay on a similar schedule while tracking individual feedings, diapers, and naps in a notebook.
- During nap time, handling baby-related tasks such as loading and unloading the bottle sanitizer, washing and organizing bottles, completing baby laundry, and keeping the nursery and play areas tidy.
