About The Position

A small, loving family of three is seeking a full-time, long-term Infant Nanny to provide attentive daytime childcare for their 8-month-old daughter. The family works from home and values privacy, trust, and quality time. The ideal candidate will be loving, calm, warm, nurturing, experienced, dependable, proactive, organized, and trustworthy. This role offers guaranteed 40 hours per week and the opportunity to become a trusted part of the home, providing greater flexibility for the parents. Comfort around dogs is important as the family has a Labrador Retriever.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of infant and toddler experience.
• Some previous nanny experience.
• Comfortable working in a home where Dad works remotely and Mom is a stay-at-home parent.
• Comfort with dogs.
• Willingness to assist with occasional pet care.
• Willingness to sign a work NDA.
• Willingness to take a drug screen if hired.
• Willingness to work when the child is mildly ill.

Nice To Haves

• Extensive infant experience.
• Strong household organization skills.
• Flexibility to work occasional Saturday evenings.
• A valid passport.
• Openness to occasional family travel (travel not required).
• A reliable vehicle (not currently required for transporting the child).

Responsibilities

• Attentive daytime infant care, including supporting feeding and nap routines.
• Preparing and washing bottles.
• Stroller walks.
• Age-appropriate developmental play.
• Baby laundry.
• Keeping the nursery organized.
• Light household tasks during baby's naps, such as general tidying.
• Loading and unloading the dishwasher.
• Family laundry (negotiable).
• Grocery shopping or errands when requested.
• Keeping shared spaces organized.
• Occasional coordination with household service providers.
• Occasional care for the family dog, including feeding and walks.
