About The Position

Learning Care Group is hiring an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher to inspire children to become lifelong learners. The role includes creating interactive learning experiences, supporting children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth, managing the classroom, implementing curriculum, following licensing guidelines and company standards, and building relationships with enrolled and prospective families. Lead Teachers also mentor fellow Teachers and support the center’s success.

The position pays $18.52–$19.23 per hour, based on position, education, experience, and other compensation offered. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is paid as $500 after 60 days and $500 after 90 days of employment. The work week is Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities
