About The Position

As an Infant Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to provide a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom experience that supports each child’s individual needs. You will build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication and care updates. You will create a safe and stimulating classroom environment where infants can develop curiosity, confidence, and early learning skills. You will collaborate with your teaching team to maintain consistent routines, meet licensing standards, and uphold our school’s commitment to excellence.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have an awarded high school diploma or GED.
• Completed 12 Core Early Childhood Education (ECE) Units, including 3 Infant Toddler ECE Units OR An awarded Child Development Associate (CDA) in Infant Toddler.
• A minimum of 6 months prior teaching experience in a licensed childcare center.
• A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
