The Goddard School in Charlestown is seeking Certified Infant Teachers to join their team. This role involves co-teaching, planning and evaluating engaging activities, and communicating with families to create a dynamic and supportive learning environment. The position is full-time, year-round employment with various shift options available, requiring flexibility. Requirements

Certified by MA EEC for Infant/Toddler
1+ year experience in a licensed childcare center
Meet all MA EEC background check and fingerprinting requirements
Knowledge of child safety and first-aid protocols
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Reliable, team-oriented, and flexible
Physically able to lift 50 lbs and move safely around the classroom
Comfortable working any required 9-hour shift between 7AM–6PM
Able to hear, see, speak, and move effectively in a childcare environment

Experience with curriculum
Confident leading classrooms for both babies and toddlers

Responsibilities

Co-coordinate daily class operations with teaching teams.
Plan and evaluate engaging activities for infants and toddlers.
Communicate with families through a mobile app and in-person conversations.
Implement a hands-on, inquiry-based curriculum.
Foster creativity and support child-led projects.
Attend monthly staff meetings.
Respond to emergencies and handle crisis situations involving children.
