About The Position

Easterseals MORC is hiring an Infant Mental Health Clinician to provide relationship-focused therapeutic services to children ages 0–6 and their caregivers. The role delivers direct and indirect home-based treatment to children and families, including psychotherapy, case management, and support services. The clinician conducts assessments, develops diagnoses and participates in creating person- and family-centered treatment plans, monitors progress, coordinates behavioral health and other services, and maintains required electronic and paper client records.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a similar field.
• Licensure in the relevant field, such as LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, or TLLP.
• At least one year of experience working with children in a behavioral health setting.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide relationship-focused therapeutic services to children ages 0–6 and their caregivers.
• Deliver direct and indirect home-based treatment services to children and families.
• Provide individual, group, conjoint, or family psychotherapy, case management, and support services.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop diagnoses.
• Participate in developing person- and family-centered treatment plans with client families.
• Monitor client progress and coordinate appropriate behavioral health and other needed services.
• Maintain electronic and paper charts, including required service documentation, progress notes, treatment plans, periodic reviews, and client rights documents.
