About The Position
Easterseals MORC is hiring a Clinical Supervisor - Infant Mental Health to supervise clinicians and support the delivery of mental health services. Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.

Responsibilities
- Engage individuals and families in a welcoming, hopeful, and empathetic manner, regardless of readiness or phase of treatment.
- Assign and supervise the caseloads of direct-report staff.
- Support staff as needed to manage caseloads efficiently.
- Review cases to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services rendered.
- Conduct staff meetings to review strengths, outcomes, problem areas, and potential solutions.
- Help staff improve and update professional skills by sharing information about relevant conferences, seminars, new techniques, and current or pending legislation affecting mental health services.
- Orient, train, and develop new staff.
- Monitor case records, including signatures, follow-up, and referrals to community agencies to support an accurate history.
- Ensure paperwork is maintained in accordance with Medicaid, DCH, and Easterseals guidelines, policies, and procedures.
