About The Position
The Learning Experience (TLE) is seeking passionate Infant Lead Teachers to join their team. TLE is a growing early education academy focused on making learning joyful, engaging, and fun for children. The role involves implementing a proprietary curriculum using engaging characters, maintaining quality compliance and safety standards, collaborating with peers, and communicating with parents about their child's progress. Requirements
- Genuine passion for the education and care of children.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Must meet any applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the role.
Nice To Haves
- ECE coursework preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with teachers to implement proprietary curriculum using engaging characters.
- Maintain quality compliance and health and safety standards throughout classrooms and programs.
- Collaborate with peers to create a great working environment and a welcoming and engaging space for children.
- Communicate with parents and families, sharing their child’s latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues including mobile apps and personal discussions.
