Requirements

Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Previous experience working with infants in a childcare or educational setting.
Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Strong communication skills and a passion for nurturing young children.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators.
Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate practices.
Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude towards teaching.
Background check and clearance required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

Current CPR and First Aid certification

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to infants’ developmental needs.
Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
Conduct regular assessments to track each infant’s progress and milestones.
Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s development and daily activities.
Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive educational experience.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets health and safety standards.
Lead and participate in daily activities that promote sensory and motor skill development.
Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and infant care.
