Requirements

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Previous experience working with infants in a childcare or educational setting.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for nurturing young children.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators.
  • Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate practices.
  • Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude towards teaching.
  • Background check and clearance required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to infants’ developmental needs.
  • Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Conduct regular assessments to track each infant’s progress and milestones.
  • Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s development and daily activities.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive educational experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets health and safety standards.
  • Lead and participate in daily activities that promote sensory and motor skill development.
  • Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and infant care.
