About The Position
The Learning Experience – Worcester is hiring a certified Infant Lead Teacher to join our opening team. This role focuses on creating a nurturing, responsive environment where infants build secure attachments, explore through sensory experiences, and begin early communication development. Joining a new center opening offers the opportunity to help establish classroom routines and culture from day one.
Requirements
- Massachusetts EEC Infant Teacher certification required
- Prior infant classroom experience preferred
- Strong understanding of responsive caregiving practices
- Reliable, collaborative, and nurturing teaching approach
Responsibilities
- Support daily routines for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months
- Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, and nap supervision
- Plan developmentally appropriate sensory learning experiences
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
- Observe and document developmental milestones
- Communicate regularly with families about routines and progress
- Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
