About The Position

This is a child care center teaching role focused on inspiring children to become lifelong learners. The Lead Teacher creates fun, interactive learning experiences and mentors fellow Teachers; promotes the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children in the classroom; leads classroom management and curriculum implementation; understands and follows licensing guidelines and company standards; and builds relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children’s achievement and the center’s success.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Be able to meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements.
• Be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Be energetic, dependable, and passionate.
