About The Position

This role is described as more than a daycare job and involves helping children learn and grow through engaging activities. The teacher creates interactive learning experiences, supports children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth, manages the classroom, implements curriculum, follows licensing guidelines and company standards, and builds relationships with enrolled and prospective families. The role also includes mentoring fellow teachers and contributing to the center’s success.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Be able to meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements.
• Be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Be energetic, dependable, and passionate.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers.
