About The Position
In this course, students will learn to create instructional objectives, lesson plans and teaching units. Aspects of assessment and differentiated instruction will be addressed.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in education or related discipline
- Bachelor of Education and/or K – 12 Teaching Certification
- K – 12 teaching experience
- evidence of leadership and mentorship of teachers
- Education or related content area specialization
- Curriculum and Instruction specialization
Nice To Haves
- Teaching experience in an educational context outside of Canada
- post-secondary teaching experience in the content area
- evidence of scholarship in content area
- Doctoral degree in education or related discipline
