About The Position

The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and adoption through strategic co-marketing with partners in the Industry OU. This role utilizes an AI-first operating model to manage execution, allowing the manager to focus on field sales alignment and partner strategy. You will be responsible for the strategic integrity and results of all campaigns while leveraging AI to handle the heavy lifting of content drafting and operational tracking.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in partner or channel marketing with a focus on integrated campaign execution.
  • Strong ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and represent marketing to sales leadership.
  • Proven experience managing budgets and timelines, with a preference for candidates who use AI to automate routine tasks.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and campaign analytics to drive performance-based recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Translate Field Sales priorities into actionable co-marketing plans.
  • Represent Partner Marketing in OU integrated marketing meetings.
  • Direct the execution of digital, content, and event-based campaigns.
  • Use AI to automate campaign setup and tracking while focusing on optimization and performance.
  • Lead the development of partner-specific narratives.
  • Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement.
  • Oversee automated workflows to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Guide junior team members on campaign execution.
  • Document AI best practices and prompts to build team-wide capability.
