About The Position
The Industrial Sewing Tech operates industrial sewing machines to assemble and produce finished products. The role follows work orders, blueprints, and production schedules, inspects products for quality and durability, performs routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, and works with team members to meet daily production targets. The technician also keeps the workstation clean, organized, and safe. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Nesco Resource offers associates a benefits package that includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan encompassing medical, vision, dental, 401(k), and EAP services. Requirements
- Prior experience in industrial sewing or a similar role.
- Skill operating various industrial sewing machines.
- Knowledge of different fabrics, stitching methods, and techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Teamwork and good communication skills.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance.
