About The Position

The Industrial Services Material Handling employee facilitates the movement of product through the distribution facility to company-owned stores. The role involves receiving, stocking, and picking product in Service Centers for manufacturing and repair processes while maintaining safety and organizational best practices. A flexible schedule may be available after onboarding and training are completed and performance goals are met.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
• Be mechanically inclined.
• Be highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented.
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Work independently and in a team environment.
• Be willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Demonstrate the company's core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork.
• Lift, slide, carry, and lower packages typically weighing 25–50 pounds and potentially up to 100 pounds.
• Pass the required drug screen in the United States, Puerto Rico, or Guam.
