Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, contract management, or service delivery
Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Working knowledge of contract compliance, operations oversight, and workplace safety practices.
Must pass a Department of Health and Welfare background check.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in business, management, industrial operations, or a related field.
Experience managing industrial, janitorial, facilities, or other service-based contracts.
Experience working with audits, quality assurance processes, and performance reporting.
Strong communication, customer service, and relationship management skills.
