About The Position

The 12-week Veteran SkillBridge Industrial Channel Sales Development Program is designed for transitioning service members with electrical or engineering experience who want to explore industrial sales. Participants receive virtual training in Schneider Electric’s product portfolio, electrical distribution systems, and sales strategy fundamentals, alongside on-site job shadowing with distributor partners and Schneider Electric sales personnel. The program is hybrid, with remote training and on-site shadowing at distributor partner locations across the United States. Location placement is coordinated individually based on the participant’s duty station during SkillBridge or preferred location after military transition. The internship is unpaid and SkillBridge-authorized. Participants will interview for potential full-time, in-person sales roles with channel partners; those roles are opportunities following the program, not the internship itself. Relocation assistance is not provided.
