About The Position

Drive and influence Industrial sales performance across the assigned area (MT, WY, UT, CO, AZ, NM). This remote role requires travel and involves executing the Industrial strategy, owning growth, and supporting Industrial accounts. A significant portion of the role (approximately 30%) is dedicated to hands-on sales activity to move business forward, including managing a small book of key Industrial customers and re-engaging inactive or underutilized accounts.

Requirements

  • Drive and influence Industrial sales performance across the assigned area.
  • Execute the Industrial strategy in alignment with AVP direction.
  • Own growth, execution, and support of Tradesmen’s Industrial accounts.
  • Maintain ownership of a small book of key Industrial customers, with accountability for bringing inactive or underutilized customers back to the table and driving renewed spend; approximately 30% of the role is dedicated to hands-on sales activity to move business forward.
  • Implement AVP Industrial strategy across the area.
  • Direct AEs, ensuring they’re aligned and pointed toward the correct targets, customers, prospects.
  • Coordinate customer prioritization among AEs.
  • Ensure all AEs clearly understand and articulate the Industrial value proposition.
  • Serve as the voice of the Industrial customer within the area by maintaining direct relationships and a deep understanding of customer operations, workforce needs, and expectations.
  • Translate customer insights, market trends, and macroeconomic factors into actionable strategies that improve service delivery and drive growth.
  • Align area execution with Industrial division goals/expectations.
  • Identify growth opportunities, expansion markets, and underpenetrated accounts.
  • Maintain consistent communication with AVPs on progress, risks, needs, and outcomes.
  • Support field teams with Industrial order entry, job structuring, and industry-specific requirements.
  • Own Industrial craftworker strategy, including required skills, certifications, and qualifications.
  • Partner with AVPs and AOMs to align recruiting efforts with Industrial job requirements.
  • Resolve issues related to job setup, pricing, onboarding, craftworker strategy, and customer expectation.
  • Train AEs, Recruiters, and GMs on Industrial vertical best practices.
  • Conduct ride-alongs and on-site client visits with field teams.
  • Coach teams on sourcing strategies, sales approaches, and Industrial-specific knowledge.
  • Build Industrial competency and confidence across all offices within the area.
  • Own a small book of key Industrial customers with direct responsibility for bringing inactive or underutilized customers back to the table, re-establishing engagement, and driving renewed spend.
  • Dedicate approximately 30% of time to hands-on sales activity focused on advancing conversations and moving business forward.
  • Lead client-facing meetings with major Industrial partners.
  • Create enterprise-level alignment between Tradesmen and Industrial customers.
  • Support AEs in closing Industrial opportunities.
