Industrial Project Manager- Pulp & Energy

This role is responsible for providing project management oversight and support for the Pulp, Energy & Circularity Service area. The position will work closely with Field Service, Sales, Product teams, Engineering, and the Project Management team.
Requirements
- Engineering degree from college, university, or technical/trade school; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to interpret technical data, manage multiple projects and priorities and resolve questions.
- Good communication and organizational skills required.
- Strong PC and engineering systems skills.
- Applicant must be living and authorized to work in the US.
Nice To Haves
- Paper industry or project management experience of more than 5 year a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Develops service agreement and field job scopes, contractor RFQ’s, RFI’s, and proposals
- Interacts with contractors, vendors, and internal parties
- Develop customer proposals for site services and agreements
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Provides on and / or off-site project support for the duration of a project and agreements
- Participates in sales support site visits
- Ensure deliverables are tracked and met for agreements, site services, and warranty periods
- Part of strategic planning for PEC agreement and service offerings
- Manages service project and agreement expenses within the established budget
- Assist with maintenance and outage planning
- Develop working relationships with customers and contractors.
- Audits contract language to assure compliance with company guidelines and minimization of risk to the company
