Industrial Painter / Coatings Specialist - 1st shift

We are actively seeking experienced Coating Specialists/Industrial Painters to join our 1st-shift team in Lancaster, PA. Coating Specialists/Painters are responsible for performing various tasks to prepare metal surfaces and apply standard finishes to machined parts. These finishes include but are not limited to paint and metalizing. Our next team-member will ideally possess the following educational and work qualifications:
Requirements
- A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED) required
- The ability to work from prints, specification tables and with adjustable layout and measuring instruments
Nice To Haves
- Previous painting experience, using spray gun, desired
- Sandblasting or powder coating experience a plus!
Responsibilities
- Perform various tasks to prepare metal surfaces and apply standard finishes to machined parts.
- Apply paint and metalizing finishes.
- Apply specified coatings to steel bridge beams and cross members.
