About The Position
High Steel Structures is seeking experienced Coating Specialists/Industrial Painters for its first-shift team in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The role prepares metal surfaces and applies standard finishes to machined parts, including paint and metalizing. The work also involves applying specified coatings to steel bridge beams and cross members.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work from prints and specification tables.
- Ability to use adjustable layout and measuring instruments.
- Previous painting experience using a spray gun is desired.
Nice To Haves
- Sandblasting experience.
- Powder coating experience.
