About The Position

The Industrial Millwright installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. The role includes reading blueprints and schematics; aligning, dismantling, and relocating equipment; performing preventive maintenance and repairs; operating lifting and shop tools; and collaborating with maintenance and engineering teams. The Millwright follows safety standards to minimize downtime and support efficient operations. The position performs maintenance work such as cutting, welding, pipe fitting, bearing installation, repairs to potable water, sewer, and fire systems, and facility maintenance. The employee must be able to work at heights up to 120 feet, in a fast-paced environment, and flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, as well as at other ROM facilities when needed.

Requirements

Good mechanical aptitude.
Basic carpentry skills.
Understand lockout procedures.
Know how to use Material Safety Data Sheets.
Outstanding safety and attendance record.
Maintain good work quality, accuracy, and thoroughness.
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to work at heights up to 120 feet.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Follow safe work practices and the corporate IBiZ NOW safety policy.
Perform maintenance tasks including cutting, welding, pipe fitting, and bearing installation.
